Koometrics retrieves analytics data from third-party providers you authorise and presents it as reports. We are not affiliated with Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn or X, and their data is theirs — we only ever read it on your behalf.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for making sure you are entitled to connect the properties and pages you connect. Do not connect accounts you do not administer.
We sync every morning and retry failures, but the figures ultimately come from providers whose APIs change, rate-limit and restate historical data without notice. We show you what they return. Do not rely on Koometrics as a system of record for billing or legal purposes.
Trials run 14 days with no card required. Paid plans bill in advance per workspace and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and is not pro-rated.
You may close your workspace at any time. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, attempts to access data belonging to another customer, or breaches a provider's own terms.
