In your workspace, open Connections, choose the provider and press Disconnect. This deletes the stored access tokens and every metric we hold for that provider, immediately. Untracking a single property does the same for just that property.
Email privacy@koometrics.com from the address on the account. We delete the workspace, its users, every stored metric and all provider tokens within 30 days, and confirm by reply. There is nothing to pay and no retention period to wait out.

After revoking, our next sync fails and the connection is marked as needing attention. The history already collected stays until you disconnect it here or ask us to delete the account.
Nothing that identifies you. Aggregate counts that contain no personal data — such as how many workspaces connected a given provider — may remain in our own product analytics.
