Questions people actually ask

Do I need a paid API plan for any of this?: Only for X. Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn all expose the read scopes we need at no cost. X requires one of its paid tiers to read post metrics — everything else works on a free developer account.
What happens to my data if I cancel?: Your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export, then we delete the stored metrics. Disconnecting a single source deletes its history immediately.
Can Koometrics post on my behalf?: No. We request read-only scopes from every provider, so the permission to publish, edit or delete is never granted in the first place.
How far back does history go?: We backfill twelve months on connect wherever the provider allows it. Search Console and Analytics go back further than social platforms; TikTok and X have no historical API at all, so those charts build from the day you connect.
Can I have more than one workspace?: Yes. Agencies run one workspace per client and switch between them from the account menu. Each workspace is billed separately.
